本书在宏观层面系统化建构理论的同时,在微观层面引入课堂教学实践,丰富和完善具身认知与中小学生心理健康教育的相关理论。同时,“具身认知观”强调认知的身体性、情境性和交互性。在身体取向下,以感悟式游戏教学为载体,开展主体性活动,能更有效地运用学生的身体、词汇表达、 感觉、知觉和运动系统,既能克服传统心理健康教育重心抑身的弊端,又能探索提高学生的心理素质和积极心理品质的新路径,从而推动中小学心理健康教育的良性发展。 本书在身体哲学视域下,以具身认知理论为指导,以感悟式游戏教学策略为载体,从宏观层面的系统化理论建构和微观层面的具体的教学策略对中小学心理健康教育途径进行了深入探索和研究,形成针对中小学心理健康教育五大主题的感悟式游戏教学方案,并利用相关方案开展了教育实验研究,总结实践结果。 限于篇幅,教育实验研究部分,将在未来的书里呈现。
